Because of easy availability even from people less than 18 years are addicted to this bad habits.Cigeratte smoking contain some solid particles like phenol, nicotines, naptheline. Smoking produces gases like carbon monoxide ,nitrogen oxide, hydrogen cyanide. Nicotine is the drug in tobacco that cause addiction or dependence. It is the common form of chemical dependancy in nation. First starting smoking you may experiance nausea , dizziness, headache or upset stomach, but over times, as your smoking become more of a habit. You build up a tolerance to theseeffects until they become unnoticeble. Routine smoking causes bodys to have a certain level of nicotine. Pleasurable experiance from smoking is the body's reaction to nicotine, which disrupts body's natural balance. After the habit of smoking is established , we feel as though we need to smoke to feel " normal" , like our daily taskscannot be completed until we've had our smoke.
Stop smoking is a very good decision and it will give a new life too. So the cesstion plan should start from a plan. Never try to discontinue the plan also. It may taken sevaral days or weeks .
Behavioural therapy :- in this the client should get help from health care provider to help them and make a plan to get through the cravings.
there are several types including nicotine gum, inhalers and sprays etc..using these treatments with the help of health care provider andalong with behavioural therapy.
A health care provider should provide adequate prescribed medicine to avoid withdrawl symptoms.
Yoga is the effective way to spend time.. It may helps to relief stress during this period.
