As per the customer survey, the following requirements they asked for new Pho-Let

a First and foremost concern of every customer these days is long lasting battery

b It’s internal processer system must be strong so that there should not be any hang up problem and increased speed.

c Camera is again the priority, both front and back camera must be crystal clear and there must not be any blurred thing when zooming.

d NFC that is Near Field Communication which allows the transfer of any data like music and pictures.

e Storage space requirement

f Wireless charging as too much wires are irritating for some people.

2 List the Critical to Quality elements

a Durability of smart phone, it’s body must be strong enough even if slipped out, should not break at once.

b Processor of the phone is very critical for the customers who based their opinion on this.

c OS version should be simple

d Security and extra features including GPRS advance system

3 List the Critical to Satisfaction elements

a Customer service readily available on phone

b In case of technical issues, there must be availability either online or via customer care center to take care of that.
