Solutions

Expert Solution

Ans:- Decrease intake of simple carbohydrates and increase intake of complex carbohydrates.

See concept is simple there are two type of carbohydrates simple and complex carbohydrates.

simple carbohydrates:- are substance which rises the blood glucose level immediately. Or body can't handle /use such high amount of glucose first and convert this glucose to fat the main reason for excess production of fat is this sudden rise of Glucose level in blood so so when we restrict carbohydrate we should restrict this simple carbohydrates source such as

White Rice ,white bread, candies ,chocolates, refined sugar potatoes, coca coca , soft drinks, French fries coccies , sports drink.

COMPLEX CARBOHYDRATES:- complex carbohydrate source of food contain carbohydrate that have more branching and having Complex structure due to which there digestion takes more time and blood glucose level Rises slowly is low rise in blood glucose is used by the body to make ATP and is not converted to fats so when we go to low low carbohydrate restriction diet we decrease the intake of simple carbohydrates source of food and increase the intake of complex carbohydrates source of food and other source of food like proteins and fat complex carbohydrate source include brown rice brown bread maize, wheat , brochli , banana and vegetables.
