The following type of food should be avoided..

1) Low sodium diet-- Salt, process or packed food ( Like- packed fish,Processed fruit ), Canned milk,Processed meat etc should be avoided..

2) Low Cholesterol diet-- Egg,egg yolk,Cheese,yogurt,Meat ( specially organ meat) etc..Should be avoided..

3) Low carbs diet-- All types of Refined food should be avoided..( Like- Floar,sugar,rooti,dhosa etc..).. Rice should be taken in a restricted amount..

4) High fiver diet-- Dried food,, whole grains, corn etc..should be avoided..

5) Low fiber diet-- Fruit Juice,milk and any milk product should be avoided in low fiber diet plan..

6)High protien Diet-- Milk, milk derivatives, Red meat,fish contain of high protien should be avoided..

7) Low protien Diet-- Nuts,any types of seed,egg, fish etc.. Should be avoided in low protien diet..

8) High potassium Diet- Banana,spinach,orange, orange joice,fruits that contains sugar should be avoided..

9) Low potassium Diet- Banana,spinach,tomato etc..Should be avoided in the case of low potassium diet..
