The characteristics philosophy that I follow in my life is to be a fair and supportive leader. A leader is one who is looked upon by his subordinates. It is the responsibility of the leader to treat his subordinates fairly, without any discrimination. I try to treat my employees fairly. In any situation, I try to have an unbiased opinion and based on my perspective, suggest the solution.

  • I address all the employees as a whole. Generally to announce something regarding the company, I send a group mail addressing all the employees
  • I address the strength and weakness of each employee, on case basis
  • My team updates the personal files of all employees on a regular basis
  • I try to evolve team building capabilities in my company and encourage working in teams instead of silos
  • In any workplace conflict, I patiently listen to both side cases and then decide on the resolution

I try to preach and encourage my employees to follow the same policy. If the primary characteristic of the employees is to be fair and supportive, a synergy exists in the workplace, which enhances the positive performance of the company as a whole. This way, the employee, the employer as well as the organization flourishes.
