Globalization is a trend where the companies increase their interaction and influence on a global scale. The driving forces behind globalization are the technology, transportation, business opportunities, knowledge, and many more. The companies or countries are always in search of elements that can add value to them. When they realize that they are available in a different country, they will try to get that through globalization. Most of the multinational companies that are existing in the market today are a result of globalization. Technology has brought people together and made companies go global. The transportation made companies trade with other countries. Business opportunities made companies expand their business to other markets. Knowledge made companies look for talented resources in foreign countries.

There are many factors that can oppose globalization. The governments of many countries oppose globalization because of the inequality it can create in the society. The small business owners oppose globalization fearing the loss of business. The general public also goes against globalization fearing unemployment. The people are also worried about their privacy and it is getting affected because of globalization and the use of technology in every aspect of life. The conservative people who do not like getting adjusted to new cultures are also against globalization.
