Hello can someone give me the STEPS to perform this action on Quickbooks 2015? Or Quickbooks in general?
4.Enter employee time and create paycheck
Followings steps are followed for entering employee time and creating paycheck;
· Click on the left navigation bar to select ‘Employees’ option
· Now click on payroll
· If you have more than one pay schedule then select relevant one to use. And click on continue icon
· Now enter all relevant information after entering on employee pay details page.
· You will find all employees automatically but if you want to add any new employee then click on add new employee.
· Enter hours in the appropriate columns, regular pay hrs, OT hrs, Holiday pay hrs etc.
· Enter dollar amounts.
· Review or enter more details
· After filling hours or compensation for all employees, click on preview payroll option.
· After clicking on preview option you will see all filled details so you can check all details.
· After preview, click on submit button to finish payroll.
· Select kind of paper to be used for printing paychecks.
· Click on view & print.
· Choose on save option.
· Now you have option to continue.
So you have done with employee time and creating paycheck after following above given steps.
