Hello can someone give me the STEPS to perform this action on Quickbooks 2015? Or Quickbooks in general?

1 | Create (+), and Receive Payment |
2 | Click the Customer from whom amount is received through their Credit Card, and put the amount in Undeposited Funds (remember to record the amount paid manually as by default QB fills in the exact invoice amount) |
2a | When you receive a partial payment from a customer, QuickBooks Online will start applying the money in the first line item of the invoice and continue applying the payment until the payment has been used. There is no way to change the order in which QuickBooks applies the money to the invoice. |
3 | Next click on Create (+), Bank Deposit, select the Bank Account these are being Deposited, and check each Credit Card Receipt in this batch. |
4 | "Add New Deposits", put in the Expense Account you want the fees deducted, and put this as a Negative Number so that it deducts this amount from your Deposit. |
