A. Organizational issue

These are the issues which took place within the company and HR need to take care of them. it includes:-

  • Issue created for the team or employees working with Him/her
  • Issue with Supervisor in earlier company
  • Staffing issue
  • Behavioral issue in pervious organizations

B. Environment issue

These are the issues which affecting the environment of the country and HR need to help the management to fix the same. It includes:-

  • Wastage of Papers
  • Disposal of waste papers
  • Wastage of natural resources such as electricity, water, etc
  • Motivation in the work place to use less papers

C. Legal issues

These are lots of legal issues that HR needs to take care off when he/she is hiring any new employee. It includes:-

  • Any legal allegation on the candidate
  • Validation of legal documents such as driving license, ID, etc
  • Any legal complaint that was issued against candidate, etc
