How does the renal and endocrine system play a role in getting tissues oxygenated? Or in other words, how does the renal and endocrine system help maintain homeostasis through the oxygenation of tissues? Consider how tissue oxygenation goes up or down and how each system makes/contributes to a change that helps maintain homeostasis.
Thanks in advance!
I am representing all the question you asked into a very easy to understand flowchart. Also i would add a few points
EPO(erythropoetin )secreted by kidney helps in synthesis of erythrocytes(RBC),also it is a vasoconstrictor
ANF(Atrial Natriuretic factor) another hormone is secreted when the blood volume increases in the heart. They are antagonist to angiotensin 2.
You can see this is how renal and endocrine system is so closely related and helps in normal hemostasis and also in maintaining tissue perfusion.
Hope your question is cleared and if yes do give a positove review.
