The signs and symptoms of avoidant personality disorder(APD) include:

  • excessively pre-occupied.
  • social isolation.
  • feeling of lonely and depression.
  • weakness of mind and thinking.
  • feeling of lack of care.
  • feeling of anxiety and inner rejection, dejection due to excessive indulgence in resolving problems
  • feeling of blaming oneself for trouble even if problem is created by someone else.
  • feeling of dejection and lack of willingness to interact with friends and colleagues in society.

The signs and symptoms of social anxiety disorder (SAD):

  • Social phobia.
  • Unable to interact with friends due to fear, inferiority complex due to harsh conditions during upbringing by the parents or due to facing traumatic situations.
  • inherent fear and lack of coordination while interacting with friends and relatives in the society.
  • heart rate increases with sweating and nervousness while communicating.
  • apprearance of negative thoughts and perceptions.
