1.What is an example of “flourishing under fire “ and resilience from you own experience? (Can be yourself or someone you know.) Describe in some detail.
2. What might explain (internal or external causes) the basis of this resilience? What helped you or the person you describe make it through the experience and what did you learn from this experience?
Flourishing under fire in resilience happens when individuals are being tested that much becomes known about human strengths, how they come about, how they nurtured or undermined. There eas my personal experience that was being connected with the fire in resilience. This was the incident when I was crossing from the road via car and saw an older women being felt down due to accident collapse from an auto. She was calling people for the help and was very anxious and vulnerable.Nobody was helping her.I immediately ran over to her and made her sit in my car. Then I bought her to the hospital. She got recovered from her injury after 10 days. She could lost her breath if she couldn't went to hospital on time. But after protecting the old women,I got to know about my strengths of being a compassionate human.I was not aware that I have so much of potential to help someone like that.I from this incident empower my strength and started helping more and more people.I now love to do prosocial behaviour and that is the reason I am serving the society. That one incident have changed my life and led me to believe that helping a human by being a human is very essential. Everything fades away but a person is always remembered by a good and valuable behaviour. This one situational behaviour helped me to get the vicarious reinforcement from the inner and induced the feeling of love and compassion by helping the society. This illustrates that resilience is very essential for person's life.
