Vital sign if a group of different kind of medical signs which indicates the status of the body is based on the body vital function. This can be taken with the help of different physical health of a person and different parameters. Different types of vital signs can be taken like temperature, heart rate, and so on.
a.Vital signs--
1.Body Temperature--This can be obtained with the help of a thermometer.Normal Range-97°F to 99°F
2. Pulse Rate-Pulse rate can be taken by index and third fingers on the wrist. Normal Range- Resting heart rate is between 60 and 100 beats per minute (bpm),
3. Respiration Rate-Number of breaths per minute.Normal Range- 12 to 20 breaths per minute
b.Diagnostic test-This is performed to analyze the body functions and related problems.
Biopsy-This is a form of diagnostic which is utilized to perform the type of problem in the organ or cancer.
c.Medications-- acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen--These are the medications used for cough.This is over the counter drug because this can be taken without prescription of the physician.
