Explain how Koch's postulates could be used to identify SarsCoV-2 as the causative agent of COVID-19. Be sure to identify all of Koch's postulates in your answer. Explain two challenges you might encounter.

Koch postulates- 1st- The micro organism or other pathogen must be present in all the cases of the disease.- this can be taken in consideration as in case of COVID -19 disease the virus can be found in all the cases.

2nd-The pathogen can be isolated from the disease the host and grown in pure culture- this also helped as COVID 19 can be grown .

3rd- The pathogen from the pure culture must cause the disease when inoculated into a healthy susceptible laboratory animal- this can also be done as COVID 19 is seen to cause disease in other animals too.

4th- The pathogen must be isolated from the new host and shown to be the same as the originally inoculated pathogen - this can also be done hence COVID 19 show all feature .

challenges- 1st- in its culture as it is hard to culture and require embryo throat to grow invitro.

2nd- in 4th postulate it is not ethically correct to danger someone life just for experiment .
