Ans- Beauty industry was one of the fast growing industries across the globe in pre COVID-19 pandemic. This industry is facing huge threat due to several reasons, some of them are as follows: This industry has two types of consumers first big or small it's related business units like salon, spa, and many more. Second, individuals itself. Since, at the business units there is sure direct contact with beautician who serve different kind of people, therefore in this current pandemic it's highly risky. Apart from this people start to cut their unnecessary expenses, so this products come first to which people avoid. So, there is a big challenge for this industry to foster community post COVID-19 pandemic, but by using following points this industry can perform better after current pandemic.

• Focus on digital marketing/ selling: As, brick and mortar stores are closing, and people avoid stepping out. So, direct to consumers e- commerce will work efficiently and effectively. Brand's website, shoppable social media platforms and marketplace will work better.

• Innovative products will be in demand: As, people are refraining from going parlour/ salon etc and focusing on the concept DIY ( Do it yourself), therefore such products/ techniques will be demanded and that can fill their ( beauticians ) gap. So, by producing such products/ tools this industry can foster community in coming time.

• Focus on certain products: There are some products that's demand will never go down like hair color, nail polish, lipstick etc, because it is easy beauty product, easy to use, and cost efficient in comparison to other products. So, organization's should focus on these products to serve community better post COVID-19 pandemic.

So, these are some methods by using that beauty industry can foster community post COVID-19 pandemic.
