Answer1: rRNA
Charging of tRNA means loading or attachment of appropriate amino acid on the tRNA which tRNA can later unload and attach it to the growing polypeptide that is formed during translation.
The charged tRNA is known as aminoacyl-tRNA. The process of charging starts when the amino acid that is to attach with an ATP molecule and aminoacyl-AMP is formed. Aminoacyl-AMP then reacts with tRNA to form aminoacyl-tRNA. The whole process of charging takes place in the presence of enzyme aminoacyl tRNA synthase.
Answer2: Transcription
It is a process in which a DNA template is used to form an RNA template in the presence of enzyme RNA polymerase. The RNA is formed is known as messenger RNA or mRNA which later converted into protein to perform its function. It takes place in the nucleus.
Answer3: Translation
It is a process in which the RNA template which formed from the transcription is used to form the protein which performs the designated function of the gene. It takes place in the cytoplasm with the help of ribosome.
