The major factors affecting the Organization with respect to Corona virius situation are Employee health and well being and corporate social responsibility.

Corona virus has completeley changed the dynamics of organization. People started working from home and their workng vironment has changed a lot. At the same point of time theyt have to manage the work and personal life together and emplpoyees have to manage their health aspects too inorder to make them productive at their work. Employees health and well being is one of the important parameter where every organization needs to focus inorder to enhance the commitement towards employees. The healthy mind for work need healthy body. Thus employees and their families health and safety is an important safety aspect for an organization to consider during the Corona time. In addition corporate social responbility is another area where an organization should focus on, the current world situation economic crisis is there becauese of the economic slow down due to Corona situation. The social responbility is one of the area where organization can contribute.back to the society by providing necessary help in terms of providing financial support, necessary precatuions measurement and awareness, safety measures in terms of protectice masks, sanitizsers etc. Thus an organizational behvaior can support back to society and back to to society in the best way and internally they needs to understand the need and the situation of employees too amidst of business conditions.
