I have been given an assignment in my Organizational behaviour subject about: analysing two (2) key organisational behaviour theories, concepts or frameworks and linking those two concepts or theories together. I have been told to think along the lines of how these concepts may be used to help people and organisations achieve high performance levels and help ensure all organisation members achieve satisfaction from their task contributions and work experience. I am really confused in choosing the topics and how to start my essay. It would be a great help if you could help me. Thanks.

Answer: Below explanation of theories and models will help you understand the problem and how you can use them in a given situation.

The organizational theory revolves around the three basic frameworks which are as below:

a. Cognitive framework: Cognitive framework works on expectations and incentives in the organizational structure which mold a certain type of behavior.

b. Behavioral framework: Behavioural framework relies on Pavlov's principle of stimulus and response.

c. Social learning framework: Sometimes behaviors in the organizations are controlled by the behaviors which we observe.

When we combine these frameworks we get the organizational behavior models. The outcome of the organizational behavior model is the high level of performance and job satisfaction for all the members of the organization. In order to achieve this, we need to create a supportive model of organizational behavior where the teamwork level should be high and coordination between the members of the organization should help each other in achieving their targets. This cumulative achievement of the target will result in a high-performance level for the organization and each of the members of the organization will feel satisfied.

To build such a supportive model of organization behaviour we need to combine the cognitive framework and social learning framework together. The cognitive framework will be used to set the expected level of performance from each member of the organization and what we want to achieve at the organization level and incentives will create the set reward for achieving the set targets. Now we need a high motivation level for all the member of the organization where the social learning framework will help in motivating the others to follow the behaviour which will help them to achieve their target and get rewarded.

*JAVA* For this assignment you have been given two classes, a Main.java and a Coin.java. The coin class represents a coin. Any object made from it will have a 1) name, 2) weight and 3) value. As of now, the instance variables in Coin.java are all public, and the main function is calling these variables directly for the one coin made in it. Your goal is to enforce information hiding principles in this project. Take Coin.java, make all instance variables...
