What role can technology play in allowing employees to work at home? Do you believe that Interaction using technology can replace interpersonal face to face interactions between employees or between employees and their manager?

Working from home would be impossible without the fantastic technology we have today. Technology is the key enabler of mobility with fast Wi-Fi connection, smartphone, cloud computing, instant messaging, project management software and VoIP allowing colleagues to communicate and collaborate instantaneously.

For the present situation, yes! The interaction using technology replaced interpersonal face to face interaction between employees or between employees and their manager. As we know, employees who work in technology sector and little bit other sectors too working from home, for the whole day they attend the call via Skype or mobile or with the help of any device. Without interaction each other, team won't be able to handle the project.

Project' s clients are sitting in other country , on daily basis he had to give command , take updates. So, interaction using technology is needed.

Even, schools are closed but online classes are going on so that kids could not miss their studies. Since covid-19 end time is not certain. So, almost all schools have started the facility and teachers interacting with students via zoom, microsoft etc.
