Every industry impacts the Sustainable Development Goals in one way or another, as the mobile industry has depicted a considerable impact on the SDGs. The mobile industry has primarily impacted three SDGs: 4, 9, and 13. SDG 4 provides the goal of quality education, as the SDG 9 provides the improvement in industry, infrastructure, and employment. Lastly, SDG 13 involves the climate action. The mobile industry has impacted all three goals. The industry has inculcated all the values and goals in their day-to-day operations to impact their impact positively. The leverage in the mobile networking system also helped the companies to achieve the SDGs.

Along with the positive impact on the three SDGs, the industry has not shown a considerable impact on SDG 1, which is a goal to reduce poverty. The direct impact of the industry is on SDG 9. It is because a development in the networking system at a particular place can involve infrastructure and employment opportunities. More and more workers get a chance to earn by way of the mobile industry. The indirect impact is on SDG 4, which involves the improvement in education. The mobile industries do not provide education directly to the students or candidates. The industry improves, and it impacts the education. The least impact is on poverty because the level has not reduced to a considerable extent. The recommendations are that the industry should focus on those goals where the impact is not as expected. It will help the industry to gain the trust of stakeholders and consumers. The company should continue the same level of impact on the other industries. Hence, it will improve the overall impact.
