1)The Executive in Politics

One of the three main roles of Parliament is the executive. The role of it is to enact the laws framed by the legislature and a government's policies. The need for organised state roles has also expanded with the emergence of welfare states, and one of the most important roles is the executive. In the nations, it guarantees good government.

Definition of Executive

There are two ways in which the Executive can be classified. Both of them are broad and narrow.

The Broad Form First, it covers both elected officials, legislative employees and civil servants who take up the enforcement of policies and regulations, as well as the administration of the state, in a large manner.

Narrow Form It contains only executive heads in a narrow form, that is to say, ministers. They are also known as executives in politics. These persons are heads of government and other main government agencies. They are also responsible for policy development and monitoring the execution of those policies.

This does not encompass civil services or its administrative roles. Ideally, for political scientists, only the narrow meaning of executive was recognised. But with the modern changing dynamics of state governance, Civil Services are also included as part of executive along with the Political executive.

The head of state and head of government of the United States is the President of the United States of America. The president heads the federal government's executive branch and is the United States Armed Forces' commander-in - chief.Head of State is a term used to describe a person who holds the top ranking position in a state who has the vested or implicit rights to serve as the chief public representative of a sovereign state in constitutional law , international law, political science who diplomatic protocol. In most countries, heads of state are natural persons holding an office, but in some nations a body of persons holds the head of state position.

A presidential system is a system of government in which a president, who serves both as head of state and as head of government, leads an executive branch. This branch operates in such a structure independently from the legislature of which it is not accountable and which, in usual circumstances, it can not dismiss. In the Americas, presidential regimes are a notable characteristic of constitutions,This is usually due to the heavy presence of the United States in the region, and as the United States Constitution served as an example and blueprint for the Latin American Wars of Independence of the early 19th century, including those of Argentina , Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico and Venezuela.

Presidential governments do not discriminate between head of state and head of government positions, all of which are assumed by the president. In the shape of a president or king, often representative administrations have a ceremonial head of state. The individual is responsible for the formalities of state activities, or in situations where the head of state has reserve authority, the "hands off" of a functioning parliament ensues, whilst the prime minister normally exercises the legislative prerogatives of the head of government.
