Their is very important role play by nurse in preventing discriminative practice in health care setting .the reporting system have a potential to serve two important functuion ., Their role is to provide in information that lead to improved saftey , and also they can hold providers accountable for the performance .

Reporting must focuses on the errors associated with serious injuries or death.

Some reporting system also focus on the adverse events such as hospital which is experiencing nosocomial infections are used to develop incidence rate so caution must be taken when we calculate rates from adverse event.

Some drugs has the adverse effect on body so prior to use it is imp to inform the client to avoid any problems.

Their must be informed consent to avoid any problems.if by chance a medical error occur than inform the Administration or institute to overcome problem in future.

To negotiate these conflict their are some principals regarding this -- it is principal of justice, beneficence , accountability , autonomy , veracity. We have to give brief about these practices , legal rights and responsibilities .

Some common ethical conflict that nurse may face during practice are -- a. Informed consent ,b.diclosing medical conditions ,c.incompetence among peers , d regarding social justice and moral distress.
