Discussion Question: What role or roles if any, does high ranking executives in US companies, such as Chief Executive Officer (CEOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs) and/or Executive Directors play in violence against women in the workforce? What role or roles does the US government play, if any? How can violence against women worldwide be eradicated? Can it be eradicated

The private sector and mainly high ranking executives play a very crucial rope in eradicating violence against women.

Following are the ways in which they do it:

1. Influencial work: They organize different meetings with HRs to develop policies which are women friendly.

2. Developing safe physical and psychological environment: By making women to feel safe inside the building. If there is a lte night shift, making sure there is a availability of Cab.

3. By making sure about the equality between pay of both men and women.

Government also plays a role in ending voilence by rolling out comprehensive action plans to end voilence. It makes laws for reducing voilence, also draft policies.  

Voilence is all about mentality. It can never be eradicated if people don't change their low mentality and won't treat human as human being. So to eradicate voilence change mentality thats all i want to say.
