"In your opinion does the demographics of the workforce impact how to manage the workforce? How would you prepare yourself to manage a diverse workforce in the public sector?"
Demographic of the workforce will be impacting management of the workforce because there will be different types of workforce culture and believes and there will be diverse groups who have a different belief so there will be complete adoption of the company's strategies and operation in accordance and synchronisation of the beliefs of that demography in order to to help the company to extract most of the performance from the workforce and achieve the goals.
Diverse workforce in public sector can be managed through specifying those different characteristics on which these different groups are based upon and I will be trying to provide various incentives and recognitions as well as inclusion of their believes in the total operation of the company which will make them feel like getting synchronised with the goals and objectives of the company and they will be performing their best in order to achieve maximum and goals and objective of the company will be achieved.
Diverse workforce can only be managed through an inclusive structure of the company which with respect the sentiment and the cultural differences and incorporate those changes in the management.
