when the Sydney Opera house project was in progress, the organization which was working for this project had to face some issues such as internal communication issues and unavailability of the project manager.
So explain completely about what these issues were and how the organization solved these two issues?

Every organisation facing lots of issues in the business processes. Here,the internal communications and unavailability of the project manager is the major issues. The communication is the one of the important factor which affect the smooth functioning of the organisation. The communication is the interaction among the people. The internal communications is the transmission of information between the organisational members. The effective communication is very necessary for the organisational growth.
There are lots of issues related with the internal communications. The lack of internal communications within the organisation is leads to the lack of growth. The effective communication or exchange of relevant information among members is essential for the growth of the organisation.
The another one is ,if the organisation has not good internal communications,there is good feedback system. The feedback is essential for the better performance and impovements. If the organisation needs good feedback system ,the organisation has to improve the internal communications.
Lack of internal communications leads to the lack of connection between the members. The good relationship is very necessary for the working environment because it make a comfort feelings that also leads to the better performance. So inorder to strengthen the connection between the members organisation must improve the communication.
The another issue related with the internal communication is the lack of sharing the informations. If there is no good communication ,them members are refuse to share the informations to others. It is the one of the major issues that negatively affect the organisation and it's performance.
The vision and mission are the important elements in the every organisation. If there is no proper communication within the members,the organisation can't make the vision and mission clearly.
The lack of internal communications shows that the lack of respect. It leads to misunderstandings and hierarchical issues also.
The language barriers are the one of the issues that leads to the lack of communication.In an organisation, different people are from different place, countries or nations. So it's the another factor.
The best way to solve this international communication issues are
1. Face to face communication
The organisation must create the opportunity to the members for face to face communications.There are lots of reasons that the lack of internal communications. Sometimes the members are very busy with their works,overload of email,work pressure,etc .So opportunities for the face to face communication will reduce the internal communication issues .
2. The next solution for this is to create the open dialogue.
3.The another solution for the internal communication issues is encourage the information sharing. The information sharing leads to better communication between the members and also strengthen the connection between the members.
4.Plan external events is the another solution. It is the one of the best solution that make good new relations and also strengthen the relations.
The unavailability of the project manager is the one of the crucial issue faced by the organisation. The project manager is the very important person who is very essential for the planning, implementing the project.The unavailability of the project manager is leads to the incompletion of the project and the person is very necessary for all the aspects of the project management. And project manager is the person who is the backbone of the success of project.
If the organisation face the unavailability of the project manager, immediately recruitment a new project manager on the basis of the knowledge, experience,and also the educational background. The project manager must shows some qualities like self confidence, risk handling, communication skills, innovative and creative, supportive in nature etc.
