What are your strengths and limitations? How does this impact on your work? How does it affect how you work with others? How do you manage yourself in groups?

One of the peacular strength got by way of inheritance is coachable i.e open to listening to feedback, able to receive constructive criticism without taking it personally, willing to take a look at my own performance in order to improve it, as my most lineal ascendant family members are taken up the legal and medecin profession. That is the main reason to have very strong coachable strength. This strength will help me to listen carefully to my peers and managers. It will help to made pleasant interaction with my peers and managers.

Another peculiar strength which i had built from my childhood is High emotional intelligence quotient i.e the capability to recognize my own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage emotions to adapt to environments or achieve my goal. This capability will help me to balance my emotions and thoughts at the work floor.

Another peculiar strength enthusiastic, by god's grace i born in an highly educated family, most of the lineal ascendant family members are chosen their career of legal profession, this made me enthusiastic to know in-depth into the matter. I will show intense and eager enjoyment to go in-depth into the issue to figure it out. This capability will help me to trace and find out any issues which arise during the course of working environment and implement safeguards.

Another common strength made inbuilt into to my regular life is the Strong communication skills. As i came to know the importance of the communication in the coming future at the age of earlier childhood, I gave specified amount of time to made interaction in the offical english with my lineal ascendant family members, this practice makes me very comfortable with communication. This capability will make my work environment made simple and comfortable. as i have strong communication capability i can able to make relevant and proper communication with peers and managers.

As like other's i do have some limitations, one of the limitation i should mention here is, as i am a family person i need to allocate some amount of time in a day towards the care and welfare of the family. But i do fell that one who manages family well will be able to manage his professional work as well.

Another limitation i need disclose on the face, because it may have small impact on my work. I do need to take care about my family business which i need to protect and carry the tradition of my forefathers. I can say that i am not concerned immediately for the same. But i will make sure that it will not have major impact on my work environment.

As i have all the qualities to be able to work with group, i will not going to face major issues while working with group. I can take advantage of my strengths to manage group working. Working in group means i need to interact with different set of people working for the same goal, as i have strong communication skills i get rid of communication barrier with group members.
