Importance of Job Training at Google:

1. Job training is very much important for employees because it allows employees to learn new skills and explore within their areas of work in a timely manner.

2. On the training process comprises of a series of steps that need to be followed systematically to have an efficient training programme. The training is systamatic activity performed to modify the skills, attitudes and the behaviour of an amployee to perform a particular job as per below steps.

d. Implemenation

e. Evaluation.

3. As google believes that training would teach real time knowkdge, intellegence which helps employees to understand thier co workers support. As google thinks for employees who can think outside the box and cerate innovative solutions to problems.
