Organisational narrative will impact upon the organisational performance in respect to change arising out of globalisation and incorporation of those changes into the overall management of the company order to gain through various opportunities which will be potentially arising out of change management in globalisation.
organisational narrative should be in order to incorporate the changes arising out of the globalisation and mostly employees are resistant to the changes because it will act as a threat to their potential work and they will rather not look it as a opportunity in order to enhance their overall efficiency to perform in a global arena so it is the duty of the organisation and the management to help them incorporate those changes through a channel of effective communication in order to help the organisation synchronise its goals with that of the employees goal, in order to maximize the organisational value by incorporation of the changes which will help in gaining a competitive advantage and competitive more in the long run because of getting exposed to the Global climate.
Communication theory is focused at better communication between various channels of Organisation in order to incorporate the changes which will help the organisation in incorporating the change into the organisational structure so communication strategies will be focused at better negotiation and understanding of the psychology of employees and helping them to incorporate the changes and not resisting to the change.
