Organisational narrative will impact the organisational performance in relation to to change management due to globalisation because when there is a sudden shift in the overall Global pattern, it would mean that the organisation is trying to incorporate those changes into its management strategies and it is trying to implement those strategies in order to gain optimum advantage of it so in order to gain a competitive moat, the organisation is trying to magnify the potential opportunities arising out of globalisation and the approach of organisation should be more inclusive in nature rather than resisting to the changes which lead to incorporation of changing structure of the organisation.

Organisational approach should be to include all those dissenting employees into the overall organisational framework and right to know their resistance to the overall change and they should be provided up with modern and sophisticated technology and a way to coordinate between higher level of Organisation in order to avoid conflicts and incorporate Swift changes into the policies of organisation to gain from wide opportunities arising out of globalisation.
