What have you learned that has changed your mind about diabetes and diabetes management?
Researches always show that relaxation reduces blood pressure and glucose which especially involved in diabetes. Nowadays diabetes management is a noteworthy step in life. Mindset is also an important way to manage diabetes in whole work-life balance.
Being a student, my opinion on diabetes and diabetes management is that diabetes self-management is all about balance: balancing of life style.
According to primary concept, it involves balancing carbohydrates with insulin, regular exercise with intake, and activity with rest. Although the way of insulin ingestion and dosage varies man to man. At a more profound level, we need to offset self-care with different obligations and wants, balance living for ourselves and living for other people, and living for the second with making arrangements for what's to come.
There's likewise living with the hard feelings, for example, outrage, dread, and sadness that sickness carries with it. We need to figure out how to acknowledge these feelings and offset them with delight, appreciation, love, joy, and different positives.
I discovered that individuals are good natured when they offer me guidance, however they for the most part don't have a clue what works for me. That is valid for specialists, as well.
