Effective leadership and Good Governance are like the two sides of a coin. The two concepts have many factors in common. In the absence of effective leadership, one can not visualize Good Governance in its totality. In real terms, Good Governance might not be achieved to its fullest because of cultural, psychological, and sociological differences. governance and leadership are important requirements for an organization to be considered successful in the eyes of stakeholders in today's world. There is a direct connection between the two concepts i.e, Good Governance, and effective leadership that leads to economic prosperity. Lack of leadership is the main cause for many countries lagging from the rest of the world. Governance intertwined with effective leadership is the key variable and success factor.
