Administrators of health care are also known as administrators of health systems and health care executives. The management of hospitals , health systems and other types of organizations or facilities. They are responsible. Resources, services, personnel, budgets, interactions with other organizations, and other management roles are managed by health managers. Key technological skills are required as a health care administrator. These are intellectual competences, technological abilities and interpersonal competencies. The ability to evaluate and solve complicated problems objectively means the analytical skills.Technical skills represent the capacity or competence of a manager to carry out a particular function. Interpersonal skills are known as abilities, which make it possible to interact with others and to work well with them, regardless of their title or role. Everyone have their strengths and weaknesses, I believe. I don't think you should be an expert at anything but I agree that you should have these abilities and competences. He or she will work to enhance the capacity of a health care administrator to grow into a full manager.
