As you go into the community as novice nurses, do you feel prepared to be seen...

  • As you go into the community as novice nurses, do you feel prepared to be seen as a caregiver and patient advocate? Are there any parts of these roles that make you uncomfortable? Who would you rely on at your place of employment if you had a question regarding bringing patient concerns to the patient care team or do you feel ready to complete this task? Are there any circumstances where this may be uncomfortable for you?

Definitely I would like to prepared to be seen as a care giver who can provide care according to the needs of the patient in the community and to talk behalf patient to get quality care. I don't feel any discomfort while taking care of the community or stand for them to get their rights to enhance the health. It is part of my profess lion as weel as my responsibility to do these things as a novice nurse. I can ask doubts to community health nurse in community health center or lectures of mine. They can able to sort out if I have any problems. Not at all because I believe that it is my right to ask help from them as a novice nurse.
