In both the situation whether job application omits important question or needless question is asked it is obvious that the information can be ignored by the recruiter without other complications.
The main challenge for employers in effective recruiting is finding someone with the right skills to be successful in the open position. If important questions is being omitted the there are chances that the job application will be overlooked by the recruiter or even rejected as the job application wont match the job description, even though the candidate might be suitable but shortlisting will not be possible. Second is when needless question is asked there are chances that the recruiter might form some preconceived image and overlook it without giving much importanca and due response.just because job is posted doesnt garuntee job ,most recruiter generally scan the resumes over throughly but if something is missing and somthing irrelevent is formed there are chances of ignorance.
