Leadership is the process of coordination and integration of group efforts to meet a particular aim or goal,in organization it can be a organizational goal.There are certain responsibilities that leads to succesful leadership-

1.COMMUNICATION -this is the primary responsibility of the leadership,the leader should communicate the clear objectives to achieve a particular objective and should be regular to this,so that the team members can easily understand the vision of doing something,the communication can be through meetings,written communication etc.

2.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY TO EVERYONE- In an organization everyone should be given equal opportunities to express their ideas,views and strategies and should also value them.So, that they can also feel to be part of the team and it leads to motivation and better performance.

3.DELEGATION -The leader should know the strengths and weaknesses of the team and should assign tasks accordingly which leads to full utilization of human resource and better progress of the work.

4. PROVIDE A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT- the positive environment in workplace leads to better mental health and maximum outcome.The environment should not be rigid in nature.The leader should be able to resolve the conflicts that arises in the organization and should take corrective measures by fixing rules,defining clear accountability channels and clear assignment of task

5.REGULAR CHECK ON THE PERFORMANCE- the leader should evaluate regular performance of the task assigned and improve the weak areas and should construct various alternative plans to achieve the aim.

6.BE ETHICAL AND SET A GOOD EXAMPLE- the leader should set an example to the team by setting ethical and moral standards and discouraging malpractices and doing tasks with maximum efforts and confidence so that the team also follows the same.
