Answer : From my point of view, every leadership theories has it's importance in today every changing world. But transformational leadership provide proactive and engaging way to inspire productive teams.

Four different aspects of leadership are :

• Motivational leader : It provides proper motivation to an existing employee.leader has clear vision , optimistic , inclusion and productivity from an employee is higher.
• Idelogy influence : Act as a role model . It is enthusiasm and optimistic. It has engaged in different values and customs.
• Intellectual stimulation : It means that mentorship , creativity as well as optimistic. It has embaded values and customs.
• It has proper innovation, creativity and goals of the leader.
• Creating self efficiency environment for the employee.

Best aspects of transformational leadership theory is that :

1. Leader should develop proper strategic vision in the company for there existing employee.
2. Communicate the vision in best possible outcome.
3. Build commitment to the vision in systematic record
4. Ultimate business success has been granted.
