1.If you were to make recommendations to create or improve on our national child care system, what would those recommendations be? What could child care programs do to support parents that they aren't doing now? What would parents need in order to be able to do what you suggest?

To create or improve our national child care system, the following recommendations are suggested-

• The environment of our society should be positive and safe for the children. Proper training is required for teachers, care givers for the social, emotional, cognitive development of the children. Paying attention on children's health is the biggest issue today. So work should be done promote health and education programs among society to improve the conditions of our national child care system.
• Keeping all round development of child in mind, several assessment and surveys should be conducted from time to time. These surveys would help us to measure their socio-economic and cognitive development. There should be workshops and seminars for the parents as well as for teachers also to make them understand different strategies of improving the various skills of a child's personality.
• There are some children who do not have parents and residing in child care centres or in other private homes made for orphanage. These children may have been neglected for years. These children require the attention of their supervisors and teachers. There should be physical and mental checkups at certain periods of time, this would be really beneficial for them.

Now a days, child care programs have become very common almost in all the countries. Early childhood care is free for parents in the state but the parents who have enough money with them has the right to choose best child care centers for their kids. Parents who are poor have no choice to select a child care for their child. But it is also noticed that sometimes goverment is showing dishonesty by not providing all the facilities to parents to take care of their child. According to them, a child is the responsibility of his parents only. This is the major issue for poor parents because they dont have enough means for the early care of their child and are dependent on goverment for help.

The government should take care by providing support to parents in child care. Poor parents must get some subsidy for the education of their kids from the state. There should be proper health and nutrition programs to focus on children's health. Poor working parents should get paid leaves. The government can improve child care system by giving proper training to parents regarding their child social and mental development.

Answer-2- Its very important in today's society to teach our children the concept of peace making. Peacemaking is a strong characteristics of one's personality that leads him to success. There are different ideas and experiences about peace making that help us to be a good huuman being.

• Whenever something wrong happened with us, we always blame others for it. This gives rise to conflicts which is the biggest enemy of peace making. When we analyse the situation, we find out that we can solve it in a peaceful manner. So before blaming others, we should analyze ourselves.
• We can become peacemakers by helping others. Whenever we get time from our job, we can go to help and serve poor people. We can also teach poor children. This would be an amazing experience of peace making.
• Peace making does not mean that someone is misbehaving with you and you are standing like a fool. Whenever someone argue with you, just listen him carefully and try to answer him in your peaceful manner. If he does not understand than ignore that person completely. This may teach him a lesson to some context.

So, its clear that by adopting peace making attitude we would be able to neglect several negative feelings and emotions. This is the best way to reduce conflicts among us.
