1. The current employer makes use of the safety guidelines to create an awareness among the employees. The guidelines are sent to the employees on a regular basis in an email. The guidelines are also stuck to the walls in the company where the employees spend a good amount of time. The company also organizes the safety drills for the employees.
2. I recommend the company to organize workshops every month and teach the employees who to act during an emergency and be safe. The company should also increase the frequency of the safety drills organized and make it at least once in three months. The company should create videos that demonstrate the best practices of safety at workplace and share it with all the employees. This will increase the effectiveness because the videos can stay in the minds of the people for a long time.
3. The delivery method used to communicate the safety awareness. The company should make use of different channels according to the likes of the employees. I will also ask the management to get involved in the initiative and encourage the employees to follow the best practices. This will make the employees take the safety awareness seriously.
