The online shoppers are increasingly dependent on the product reviews and the ratings given by the buyers so as to guide their own online purchases.

Best Buy is a well developed system, but fails to give customers the option for sharing the goods .

Recommendations:

The long tail approach must be used so that the search phrases are utilized for driving the traffic to a website in a good approach with strong competition and in a method which Best Buy can utilize successfully.
The Google Ads must be removed as often they come up with better identical deals. The tendency of the consumers is to seek out the lowest possible price, with the options available.
The product must be viewed with 360 degree approach. The idea is to provide the online customers with the feel that they have viewed the product and ready to purchase the product.
The prices should be monitored on daily basis, allowing Best Buy to have their goods tagged as “lower price”, if the product is cheaper than the other identical product’s which for put for sale.
Best Buy can also pull larger customer traffic, by implementing the reward and discount system.
