Answer:- Malaria is annually responsible for approximately 780000 death and more than 225 millions clinical infection worldwide. The malarial parasites have ability to make fool our immune system. There are different reasons
• Antigenic Switching (Variation) - It is a mechanism of by which some bacteria, viruses and protozoans, altering their surface antigens through genetic changes to avoid host's immune system.
• It has different forms at each development stage.
• Different location of malarial parasites in host's system that would help to hide from immune cells.
• Also Malarial Parasite express different kind of antigens.
