Answer=The main reasons for managing the projects are as below-

Unclear goals and objectives= This is the main reasons as the project team cannot manage the different activities unless they have clear and well-defined goals and objectives

Budget= The project management is also constrained due to limited project budget that puts a lot of pressure on both the project manager and team members

Communication= Lack of communication also creates issues in project management as stakeholders and clients do not communicate their expectations well.

Answer = The project can be defined as the combination of various activities and tasks that are needed to be completed in order to fulfill the given task.

The project has the following traits=

Each project has a certain budget, team and time frame to complete

Project is unique and is temporary in nature
