1. Health care profession is guided by ethical rules and principles ,and has so many restrictions.On the other hand , it is beneficial for health care members to have ethical rules,inorder to guide the profession as well as safeguard the rights of health care workers.Ethics is extremely important ,as it helps in standardizing the profession as well as create an environment where these set rules and regulations are followed ,and will lessen the chance of ethical dilemmas .Ethical rules helps in giving standardized health care as the practitioners has to follow the principles of care instigated by the the health care organizations.It is the ethical principles of the heath sector, which decides what kind of medical research need to be conducted and what not.

2,All health care professionals should have a sound knowledge of the legal rights governing the profession.It is to be understood that legal rights are for the welfare of patients as well as for the safety of health care professionals.It is expected that all health care personnels follow the ethical standards and if a person is found inappropriate in terms of care .It is possible that they maybe held liable.Negligence and malpractice are the most formidable crimes in the health care and could result in the cancellation of liscencure ,sometimes need to face serious consequence such as imprisonement,if death occurs fom negligence or malpractice.

3. Advantages-A Litigious society is good ,because citizens rights will beprotected .People will take precautionery measures before doing anything,because they fear of liability and it could result in bad reputation as well as monetary loses

Disadvantages-On the other hand ,it could be a headache for the courts ,as majority of people approach to courts directly to sue their opponents even in less complex situations where they could have soved within themselves.Children are the most sufferers as their opportunity to physical play is limited.

4 a Being a nurse, it is my duty to assist the gynaecologist in performing abortion of the client.Eventhough i am personally against abortion ,I had to assist the case .As i had to follow the ethical principles of my profession.

4.bWhile caring for patient in Post Operative depertment,i need to be vigilant always to avoid negligence.Sometimes a mere irresponsibility could seriously affect the health of the patient and i will be held liable for the situation.
