1. High-speed trains: have influenced the prices of urban land, because if the duration of travel is reduced, people will certainly not be encouraged to migrate to big cities, they will manage there work life by commuting daily.

2. Metro Trains: Has contributed to behavioral change in the mindset of people, they prefer to travel by metro rather their own car hence reducing carbon footprint. This also has indirectly contributed to land use , as government will not be thinking of widening roads due to less traffic.

3.Elevated bridges and Underground Technology of transport has tremendously reduced pressure on land use in the congested cities. The technology has given hope to decongest cities with limited availability of land.

4. Future upcoming technologies like Hyperloop and Drone taxis will further reduce the burden on Limited availability of land on Metropolitan cities.
