We need to reduce our dependence on technology if we want to keep innovating.

The dangers of technological dependence:

• Anxiety and depression
• Impatience
• Memory impair
• Addiction
• Reduce the Skills
• Reducing eyesight
• Backpain
• Stress

Society are very much dependent on Technology nowadays , It plays a very major role in our lives , and most of us find hard to remember when does these things were not their ,tech makes our life so much easier and convenient that we almost dependent on the tech for each and every thing , from online shopping to online reading to online studying , online banking,we can do almost everything from the comfort of our home by sitting on chair or laying on bed.

It led users to completely lost into the device , sometimes there is a fear of loosing your device,you keep scrolling on social medias without any reason , unlock your mobile even if you don;t have any work to do..

Check your pocket after every 5 minutes to confirm my device is still there or not.

By collecting data about customer needs and behaviour , companies are able to effectively target advertising and promotions,many consumer consider this kind of record keeping a violation of their privacy.

Replacing humans with machines introduced new problems on jobs , it increases efficiency , saves times but destroy job of humans.

Negative impact of Social Media on career goals:

It is addictive

The more you use it the more you want to use it , thes websites are designed using a very addictive algorithm that leads you to lost in that website, you'll think you've never saw these things earlier lets scroll more and by the time you realise that ypu are doing nothin but scroliing your 1,2 hours were already destroyed.Don't use social media on work as it eats up your most valuable time, the time which you can use to enhance or brushup your skills.

so please don't use socia media at work.

• Social Media can be powerful networking tool , you can add all of the worker,employee,boss,everyone to your network.
• Follow Enterpreneur , leaders , Fitness gurus for daily motivation,whenever you will saw their post you'll definitely get motovated.
• If you are a job seeker, follow the companies pages on Linkedin , it will surely help you to get your dream job , you can also helps your friends by updating them too about the job listings.
• Maintain your social media profile like github , linkedin or any other sites professional looking , by the time if any HR viewed your profile it leads him to a good expression afterall first impression is the last impression.
• Don't post about your family celebration,family vacation on professional social medias.
• Some areas like education , skills , experience , languages makes them public as it will help the HR to go through your profile.
