To have a successful organization it is very important to focus on training and development of employees. This can be done in various ways such as web-based training or e-learning, providing classroom trainings etc. But today, organizations are much more interested in providing e-learning to employees considering the advantages it offers, to deliver training to their employees.
It is likely anyone who use e-learning can tell that how beneficial and impactful it is. In todays, continuous learning environment, e-learning provides benefits for both organization as well as employees. E-Learning or electronic learning is defined as delivering learning and training through digital resources. It is a formalized learning and it is provided with the help of digital devices such as computers, tablets, mobile phones that are connected with internet. This makes it easy for the learners to learn anytime, anywhere with few or no restrictions. Therefore, it must be implemented in every organization.

A balanced employee satisfies all types of customers whether external or internal. A motivated and trained employee can turn an average organization into a cultural force and also help in generating revenues by delivering the same knowledge to the customer which he/she receives in training sessions.
