How can an organization’s leader, such as a CEO, ensure that competent staff has been placed into appropriate and applicable positions? AND What is a code of ethics, and what role does it play in business?

1.CEO is the highest ranking executive in a company with primary responsibilities. In small companies,the CEO often has more hands on role such as hiring the staff.With the help of Human Resources Department it ensures that right personnel placed in appropriate and applicable positions.A positive relationship between HR and CEO can be indicative of overall organization's health.
2.Code of Ethics:-It is a guide of designed principles to help professionals conduct business with integrity and honestly.A code of ethics document may outline the values of the business/organization and mission ,how to approach problems professionaly.Code of ethics are the standards to which the professionals are held.It is a code of professional practice and employee code of conduct.
3.Role of code of ethics:-Ethics concern an individual'smoral judgements about right and wrong.Within an organization the decisions taken may be by individual or groups.The decision to behave ethically is moral one employess must think what is right and wrong for the business.This may involve rejecting the route that would lead to the biggest short term profit.
Ethical behaviour and social corporate responsibility can bring significant benefits to business. For examples:
