1)In lieu of the movement control orders (MCO), many restaurants are not able to cater to dine-in method. Instead, customers are allowed order in their food and collection of the food is channelled in three methods.
i)In recording the use case of Food Collection, several scenarios are possible. Define scenario.

Ans 1 i) Food collection scenario basically means what are the different ways by which collection process be successfull without any inconvenience for either sides, that is customer side and restaurant staff.
Ans 1 ii) Food collection process could took place in 3 possible ways:
(a) customer can order food over a call and come and collect the order.
(b) customer can come to the restaurant and place the order according to the menu.
(c) customer can place order from the website if website exitsts.
Payments could be done in various ways:
(a) cash on delivery.
(b) internet banking
(c) cheque
(d) card payments (eg.visa,debit,credit,etc)
(e) online mode (eg. GooglePay, PayPal,etc)
Ans 2) Digital signature : it is a unique digital identity given to the unique user to maintain authenticity of users data.
Purposes of digital signature:
(a) saves times - by this digital signature it will save time so that important documents get certified within few seconds from their native positions. No employee have to go to his/her boss's place for just getting signature.
(b) saves money - this will save money spent in printing huge number of pages. eg ink, paper, printer, etc. This will also be sustainable develpoment.
(c) speed processing of work - since there is no travelling needed, no priinting needed in which lots of time gets wasted. Therefore therr won't be any delays in any kind of processes just because of initials.
(d) secured transactions - there wont be any chance for contemination or data loss while processes. Data could be secured.
The steps involved in conducting digital signatures are:
(1) to registration in the official site / office.
(2)submit the docmuents required for verification.
(3) verify your phone number.
(4) verify your email.
(5) authentic key will generated.
(6) download it and don't share it with anyone.Use it where ever required.
