Due to the Movement Control Order (MCO) to contain the Covid-19 pandemic, many self-employed and low income people struggle to fulfill their basic needs. Suggest your recommendations for the government and firms to address the issue of basic needs fulfillment during this difficult situation. As detailed as possible, elaborate on at least a total of five recommendations.

Ans. Movement control order to contain the covid-19 pandemic is basically that order where all the things are stable in the economic territory and all the productive activities are restrained towards a certain limit.
It is an order which can only be issued in the case of emergency and here the covid-19 plays a role of an emergency.
Therefore the movement control order is very important to restrict the movements of all the labor forces and all the resources in the economy. In this case many self employed and low-income people struggle to fulfill their basic needs because they are not able to move from one place to another and all the productive activities are stable.
Here the raw materials are not going to move from one place to another . So it stops all the production houses to produce all the necessary goods in the economy.
Therefore the self employed and low-income people struggle to maintain their necessities for recommendations.
In this case are as follows
my first recommendation is from the side of Government and forms to address the issue of basic needs which is to provide interest free money supply to the economy. So it will increase the purchasing power of the people.
My second recommendation is to increase the productive activities up to a certain level so that it will provide a basic support to the local human resources.
My third recommendation is to increase the self production activities in the economy so that it will improve the condition of the liberals.
My Fourth recommendation is to provide government expenditure in the distribution of basic food needs in the economy.
My fifth recommendation is to liberalize some parts of the economy which is very essential for the production and it will regulate the productive activities.
All the recommendations on the basis of Islamic Sariah where no interest is chargeable.
