Expert Solution

The Malaysian prime minister ordered for the partial lockdown on 1st May for more than 6 weeks. The Frist movement control order MOC was imposed in march. But due to the ignorance of public they avoid the MOC. It seems that the public is selfish. There are many ways to stop the people from wandering and for their work. The best way is that the PM should give the enough powers to the police, traffic police and other armed forces. Because only these three agencies controls the 70 percent external situation in nation. Such a order should be imposed whosoever will avoid the rules of lockdown he will be punished strictly and fine will be charge in his or ger favour. If the people will avoid this order too oder should be given to the police and other agencies to beat the public and stop them for wandering anywhere. Curfew should be imposed there. The traffic will ply a vital role too it can stop all the random trafic in cities. This strategy has been adopted by many countries to stopped virus such as china , india, Pakistan. Russia and so on. Now those countries are less effected.
According to the people of Malaysia if they stop work how they nourish and handle their families but PM already announced he is responsible for the families and the Economic development of the country. The people must obey the orders of PM of country. The people are going against the laws of country. After lock down it is responsibility of PM how he will run the country in the best possible manner not the responsibility of public. What would be the result of beating the public, charge fine and so on , its outcome will be , threat will put into the hearts and minds of the public. As the china did in the earlier stages of covid 19. This is the only best stretgy through which people can be controlled.
