A. Customer relationship is for long term relationship because the customers are very loyal to the business if the product of business is offering the value to them, so you should always try to offer the maximum value to the customers in order to retain them and gain maximum from them in the long run.
customer value must be understood and relationship must be created so that customer can derive maximum satisfaction from the company's product and companies can get through maximum profits.
B. Offering in its product cycle must be uniform in nature like the value should be offered irrespective of of the product life cycle of the respective product.
It should be maintained from introduction to the growth phase and then it should be offered and retained in the maturity phase and till the declining face so the customer can always be addicted to the products of the company as it would provide the optimum benefit to them.
